It made a noticable differance in acceleration and low down torque and it was bloody hot day out here. It also has a nice throaty v8 noise when your up it:thumbsup: anyway heres some pics and a little vid i was having a bit of a play coming up a range but the road was wet so i was taking it easy

What type of filter did you have fitted? is it like the typical K&N?

It looks good, I am looking at doing something similar to mine. Did you need to have any settings tuned or adjusted or was the MAF able to adjust accordingly?
Sorry about the questions - still sorta new to me.

wouldn't that void your warranty!!!! Would be good if you still have that warranty.

Can you tell me what the thin black tube is for that is attached to the inside of the first bend of the aluminium pipe?, also would you think that the air where the new filter is placed is actually much colder than normal or is it mainly getting more air due to the bigger pipe/filter combo?

that would be the wiring for the sensor

i personally think the location of the air intakes are quite silly on the ve's, if people havnt seen it, it sits behind the front bumper where it dosnt receive any direct air flow like on the vt/x/y where it sits on top of the radiator
