Does anyone know the new engine cover on the SV6 which is the big ugly black plastic engine cover if you can pull that off and it looks like the old engine design at the beginning of the year and all you need to do is get the two piece engine cover so it still looks like the old design ????

Its weird holden still have the old design shown as there engine in the brochures and its not like that in the new series cars

i think the new cover utilizes the mounts that the two piece cover used, so you should be able to swap it over if you like, id be more inclined to paint the new cover up real trickey

i wonder if that cover would fit the vz or if the manifold gets in the way.

the engine is EXACTLY the same just with a different cover, it has a fair bit of insulation so im guessing the change was for a noise thing
