Ve sv6 2009 my10 alarm system query

Just wondering guys can you give me some information surrounding the standard alarm system that is fitted to my vehicle- sv6 2009 ve my10 6 sp man ? what makes it actually sound off and what can i do to ensure it does go off in event of another break in ?

i upgrade my alarm to remote and pager. great system and no false alarms. it was worth the upgrade. the standard one in the SV6 is just not good enough for what i want. i want the entire car protected

email these ppl and ask them about it. i love the remote start. can warm the car up while sitting in house. no more cold car and heater is on. pager sends me a message when car goes into alarm.
