all i said that the exhaust system had been tuned for an 8 but still sounds great

i got $200 from the mechanic cause i was going to report him to vic roads if he didnt pay me. i wouldnt be able to get more out of him so i left it.

cause the left muffler was leaking, thats why he paid me.

the note it makes at low revs does. then again i suppose having your engine bay checked twice during an rbt. then pulled over leaving the rbt is standard?

The LS engines Gen3/4 are made by a GM subsidary 'GM Powertrain' so really putting a chev badge on a V8 is just as bad as putting one on a V6 as they both don't have chev engines. But rather GM engines used by both chev and holden.

So if anything, its heaps worse.

A V6 will never sound like a V8, might sound good but the firing order isn't the same so unless its been touched by some divine spirit or its actually a V8 disguised as a V6... nope.
