Hey,

It seems whenever i connect my ipod into the front aux, sound only comes out of the right side speakers, even when i change the sound balance towards the left, the left speakers still don't make any sound. When listening to cd's or the radio all speakers work fine. I have also tried and tested my cable which connects my ipod to the aux and it is not broken and working fine. Anyone else having these problems? cheers

This may sound completely stupid, and I assume you have already tried it, but it happened to me also. If the AUX plug isnt pushed firmly all the way in it doesnt make full contact to make a left / rigtht stereo signal.
It happened to me once to me and I was only getting sound from one side. It took me a while to realise the cable wasnt pushed right in. Otherwise, unsure if the Ipod has any balance settings, but Im guessing you have looked at that also.

Yep easy fix. Push the cable connection in firmly.

yeah it is firmly pushed in, and the balance setting on the ipod are fine as well. Seems to be a problem with the aux cables or something behind the front dash i guess?

im using a cable with like 3 black bands on it rather than 2 on most audio cables... works pretty well for me, though the quality is never as good as cds.

If it turns out to be the cable don't waste your time buying the cheapest one you can get your hands on a $20 belkin AUX from jbhi will do the job nicely thick cable had it for than 2 years now and still goes strong no problems.
