I put the 35watt low beam in mine (projectors) and the 55watt high beam and i am very happy apart from the static i now get on FM radio, i don't seem to get it on am or with the lights off, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and maybe a fix?

Looking
i have the hids and i have had no such problem ... i dont know how much you know about this so sorry if you already know this but ... the balast (which you will have for the 35 watt ones) produce an electro magnetic field around it ... try repositioning the balast maybe its close enough to some cable that it is interfeering with it or something

Projector headlights very very rough iphone pic though
That's weird that there's glare off the top of that ute in front... Usually, it cuts the light off much lower.

Should be a straight cut-off like this...

Also, I get the FM static too. The ballasts work at high frequency which interferes with FM. Don't think there is much you can do about it.

My cut off is the same like yours against a wall. Just bouncing off the metal

I personally think 55W HID for low beam is overkill... infact it causes too much glare... 35W FTW
