ve sv6 series 2 2010 ideling rough

Hi there I have a 2010 VE SV6 series 2 manual

and its idling rough I've just done oil, air filter, sparkplugs un related had the radiator flushed and the car is still idling rough

can anyone help with what I need to do?

Did you clean the MAF?

Could be a coil too, but I would start with a good MAF clean.
If this is a bad coil, you should be able to see misfire events with a scanner.

Also check if the evap solenoid is not going crazy (rapid clicking sound on the passenger side of the engine)

If this is a SIDI, it could be carbon build-up too. How many Ks?

its only done 86000 Kms
when u say carbon build up what do you mean
I had an engine light come on a little while ago
scanned it and

had a p0420 code
catalytic system/low
efficiency bank 1

any ideas
