hey thanks again, there is just a few more things i need to clear up,

ive got two 2 channel loc's (one for sub and one for speakers) if i tap into the rear speakers with the sub LOC can i just tap into the front speaker cables for the amp that will be running the speakers?
also ive read plenty about this brown wire under the glove box which i need to tap into to turn the amp on, i had a look today and there is more then one brown wire and im unsure which is the right one, is there any more detail you can give other then the obvious fact its brown?

also where is a good spot to tap into the speaker cables with the loc? is it good/bad if i do just behind the HU?
    cheers

Yeah tap into front speaker wires for amped speaker loc

Best place to mount the locs is in behind the h/u wherever they fit, but preferably away from power sources as power cause distortion through the rcas

And with the brown wire, I've never seen behind the dash in a ve, but you can try asking other ve owners, or if you have. 12v test light, check which cable turns on with your accessories and run off that mate

That's alright I'm glad I can help someone out :)

**** like that is the bare basics mate :) If I could glass, I would have done it alot differently. I think anyone can do it its all about taking alot of measurements and building from the bottom up piece by piece!

    Quick question mate,
That is a sweet sub box and was wondering you had any measurements or drawings from it as its very similar to what i want to do in mine? Also how do you go about getting to the jack equipment and battery

    Awesome first post that!

You expect people to tell you how to setup your system over the internet with absolutely no information on what you've got or what you're trying to achieve? :bang:

Trying to get to my amp on 2010 Holden VE SSV REDLINE SERIES 2

I have been trying to get into my amp to adjust it cause the bass is too much but having difficulty getting any info on how to access the amp or even what brand the amp is. Any help would be great :)

    Cheers
