VE V6 fault 2189 and 2187

Hi All
Time for another fault for discussion and what checks to start to run through.
First code 2189 to lean in bank 2. Cleared code drove car for about 6 or so time then got code 2187 same fault but bank 1. Again cleared fault but waiting for codes to return.
What are some things I can start to check through. Based on these codes What might be the cause.
Car 2015 calais. Prob has original O2 sensors but this may not be the cause.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Before you start throwing parts at it,
Check other items that could cause those faults?
Loose/dirty/faulty plugs/connectors on the o2 sensors.
Leaking manifolds,
Leaking exhaust,

there is some great DIY testing/check videos that may assist.

and yes that will be the plan to just run over everything as per what you have mentioned and if this doesn't work get the o2 Sensors scanned / checked.
