Labour of love with today's customer car post, today we are featuring Darren Cockerill and Nick Cockerill VE SIDI, V6 speedway car!
Darren started the build three years ago, then proudly raced the VE in its first year on the track.

Darren started racing at the age of 21 and even in his early 50s Darren still has a passion for the sport that he has passed through the family, with his son Nick who has taken it up, being an ex junior champ himself. Nick has been going gang busters since and is now taking over his Dads spot as main driver of the VE for the modified sedan class.

This modded VE runs our very own MACE Engineering, alloytec performance cams, CAM618, the main brain is powered by a MoTeC Ecu as well as other goodies that have seen this car run some of the best lap times in its class.

    It's a relative term lol.
Looks pretty cool and I'm sure it's a standout amongst the usual speedway thrashers.
