VE wagon
Hey Peeps,

We have a VE wagon and for some reason the indicators are playing up.
When wanting to turn right we have to put switch in off position to get it to work and to turn it off we have to put it into what should be the on position.

Nothing has been touched or fiddled with. We were driving along 1 day amd it started. Hubby is confused (and frustrated coz he forgets to turn it off at times)

Any ideas on why this is happening or how to fix it.

Thanks in Advance peeps

Sounds like it’s worn and needs replacing.

Maybe the BCM needs a reset, try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes.

I would be looking at the switch in/on the column, but of course this may mean removing the air bag I believe.

no, just remove the steering column cover then the stalk just clips in and out, simple as that. do it in 5 minutes.

This covers how to remove the cowl/column shroud.
Go to 20sec

Put the front wheels on some cardboard to make it easier to turn the wheels with the car off.
