Hey guys I’m new to this so sorry if I post this on the wrong thing. I just got be series 2 alloy wheels with some gutter rash and I’m gonna sand it off but people are telling me the wheels have been painted so I’m gonna need to fill it then prime it then paint it again. Any of you guys now anything about this

Most factory alloys are painted or coated.
