VE with LS3?

I saw a VE SS ute this morning with LS3 badges on it.
It also had a Pontiac G8 nose on it.
Did any leave the factory like this, or it somebody's modifications?

The VE HSV Maloo GXP had Holden rear end styling but HSV front and had an LS3. Probably the closest thing to what you saw. May have been accident damaged with G8 nose replacement.

The MY10 SSV Special Edition utes had the Pontiac front.
Can't comment on the LS3.

Ve ss models never came out with an ls3 only the hsv did
