my engine light was on so I scanned it with my obd11 found out my knock sensor was not connected cleared the code as I went to disconnect it my dash started flashing with the (brake) light followed by the airbag and followed the abs and then contact dealer then the car would not start and alarm went off when I locked it and then unlocked it but I had to use the key not the pad as it didn't work anymore thinking it was the battery to my remote went and replaced it nothing every time I try to connect the car battery the alarm goes off and I have to disconnect the battery again I only brought the car about 2 weeks ago any advice or help would be great thank you

I suspect it wont be fixed. I think (and i could be wrong) that the BCM is on it's last legs. I think the key is fine but it's up to you if you outlay cash for it. Take it to Holden get them to check the BCM.
