Ok so far this car has become the worse car i have ever worked on, Anyways just seeking some advice its a 1998 vectra jr (UK-Vectra B) auto
Anyways i checked the car for engine faults cause the cars engine light has been for for afew months and came up with Cam sensor and Crank sensor,
So im wondering is it possable that the timing is out or is it just a matter of replacing these 2 sensors?

Well a hard reset with the battery wont necessarily clear them. Better off trying with a scantool first also a load test on the battery wouldnt hurt.

I would see if you could borrow one of the sensors or both from another car, clear the faults and recheck.
