- 1991 VP Commodore Executive V8 A4
G'day all.. I've seen this one around but haven't been able to get an answer:
I am trying to understand what my vehicle's VIN means:
6H8VPK19UNL530203 ... I've seen a few posts that state that a VP V8 sedan should be "UML" but mine's UNL...
She's one of the first VPs built: September '91.
She's an Executive and has a V8 motor, 3.45 LSD, IRS, the fancy speedo and tacho, a 63L fuel tank (my understanding is that V8s are meant to have 80L tanks), and power front windows...
I bought her last year, haven't modded her in any way. She has VY SS rims added by the previous owner. Runs like a dream and is grippy as.
Any ideas regarding what she might have been? I thought IRS and LSDs weren't options on executives until after '92.. and she's quite well equipped for an Exec
She seems to have some form of headers (as opposed to a cast iron manifold), and an OTR
