Check the fuses, the two relays and the BCM after your disconnected and reconnected the battery (the equivalent of the old pc trick of turn it off then turn it on to fix things)…

As is, it seems the wiper motor is fed +12v from the wiper relay for low speed operation and then the wiper speed control relay for fast operation. Both relays are controlled via the BCM though power flows wiper relay -> wiper speed relay -> wiper motor…

The PDF of the VF workshop manual has a details diagnostic flow for checking correct operation starting page 2568. You can download it from the link within post #9 of this thread.

There will only be power at the connector when the washer is activated. You will need two people to test it.

Use an incandescent test light, not an LED test light. Do not shove the test probe into the pin. Just touch it on the pin. Otherwise you can spay the pin terminal and it’s a bad connection. Earth the light to the body first to confirm power. Then try Earth it via the other pin in the connector. Should be a two pin connector. A modified Saftey pin works well. Insulate it from accidental contact though. Repeat the test to confirm the circuit works.

When disconnecting the battery, disconnect negative terminal first.
Leave it disconnected for an hour or two if you can, or over night.
