Yes.
Everything will plug up fine but you wont have drl or fog lights on the front bar because its not enabled in the bcm of the evoke so that will take some custom wiring.
Check with holden before you do any custom wiring and see if they can enable the drl on the evoke as the fuses and wiring are all there its just not active and the vf international is an evoke with factory drls.
