Well Here I Go Again On My Own, Going Down The Only Road I've Ever Known..........
Thought I would have learnt with my paddle shift ordeal, my therapist says I have come a long way and each week I get better and better. Get home on Monday after a week working away, to find a parcel sitting on the kitchen bench. Addressed to me I thought to myself, " I Don't Recall Any Drunk Ebay Buys Whilst Away"
Asked the minister for all things financial, do you know where this came from? Yes I bought you a surprise because it is coming up to 7 years of you owning your pride and joy and I wanted to do something special for you.
Grabbed a cold jar and sat down, opened the delivery only to find I now am the proud owner of an Apple CarPlay Module for my Series 2 VF. You guessed it, it came from them down in Melbourne. My heart sank and I immediately thought of my ole mate Jeremey and the fun we had way back when. God I miss him but sometimes you just have to let those close to you move on.
So now I am just absolutely torn. My dearest bought me a gift that she thought was the best thing ever, but after reading their reviews online I have not even opened the box. I don't have the heart to tell her that this may not work in the VF.
After reading their return policy on their ambiguous website, it may not even be possible to return it as they just don't respond.
So do I instal this and give it a crack, with the possibility that I could become The New Ron Burgundy and out do his Brembo novel, or do I return it and try my luck? Its the thought that counts here, I just don't know if I can break her heart. Might just have to instal it and say it works anyway.
I throw the meeting open for some advice here Lads and Ladettes.
