VF commodore washer plumbing

Hi recently the windshield washers stopped working i located the issue as the hoses came unplugged. I reconnected the correct line to the one that feeds the sprayers but there is a second line that doesnt seem to connect to anything what am i to do with this. Am i just missing something or does it just dangle in the engine bay

It's a breather for the washer bottle so air can escape as you fill it
