I've recently installed the dash command app so I can get a trans fluid temp gauge but found a host of other goodies in the process. I was looking at the autometer & innovate OBD2 gauges however they were $400-500. This cost me $79.90 all up including the OBD2 WiFi connector and the additional GM PIDs you need for trans temp ect. It also is a data logger and can export reports in a csv file which is handy. Check it out..

Very neat. Does the software have any configuration for the earlier 6.0 L77 or just the Chev SS and the LS3?

Actually to use dash command I have to select Pontiac g8, so yes it would work with the 6.0

Use the pontiac g8 pids however I would have thought they were the same.. maybe not

Yes all same.

Have used DashCommand for four or five years now, there are better in specific areas but it is best overall.
Like OBD Fusion constantly streams log to DropBox in background, like GPS and all OBD stuff which is amazing, and Kiwi OBD has really accurate fuel efficiency and driving habit AI, and Track Addict Pro overlays OBD on dashcam / iPhone video.

i use an iPhone and a wifi ELM obd2 thingmajiggy, dash command works fine.

The device in the video is an iPad air 2

In addition to the really useful transmission stuff in the video, some things I find handy with DashCommand's data fields are:
Fuel Level remaining in litres
Ethanol % and Fuel Rail Pressure
Engine Oil Temp and Pressure
Manifold Pressure and Throttle Position
MAF Frequency and IAT
Cat Temp (in lieu of EGT)

What I wish it had:
Support for wideband
Intake Valve Temp
Other types of Spark
Actual Cam Position
Injector Data (Pulse and Delta)
Actual Engine Torque (reported)

my question is what car do you load up in dash command for a vf 2013 hsv gts to get all the correct pids running for all the sensors for that vehicle.
