VF Infotainment startup chime stuck on repeat

Hey guys, so I was leaving work this afternoon and I turned the car on and infotainment chime started as it would but kept playing over and over, I got home and thought it might turn off when I got out of the car but it hasn’t, I went back an hour later and still going, does anyone have any ideas?

when i had issues with gm infotainment systems i pull off the negative battery lead for 30 seconds and put it back on then start the vehicle.
