Holden VF SV6 Strom Ute/Panelvan
Hi Guys n Girls,

My virgin post.

I'm very close to buying the new VF SV6 Storm ute....... Thinking of putting an Sandman Canopy on it as I need my tools and materials locked away.
(VF Storm released April 2014)

The reason I'm thinking the Holden ute, is I'm really over driving commercial vehicles that are horrible driving, noisy, poor handling, ugly cars with no options.
I was not even considering the Holden until two weeks ago I had a quick look and couldn't believe how loaded the SV6 is. WOW!
For the price its great value and the drive was amazing compared to my 2005 Rodeo and my 2012 Colorado dual cab.

The Sandman canopy is very expensive at $5750 installed.... In Melbourne only.... I'm in Sydney.
They will not ship the canopy anywhere so it must be installed by Amcat or one of their other names they go by.

Has anyone here had the Sandman canopy installed on their ute?.... If so, have you had any issues with it?

Thanks,
Craig.

Sounds interesting, do you have any pics of the canopy?

That quarter glass makes it look so dodgy because it's above the quarter glass of the car. Ruins the whole line.

Agree, these have always been about 85% there, the lines just aren't right for the VE/VF.

it would be much better without the quarter glass... But its the best available at the moment. I think the roof line could bell less bulky above the doors.
