Move the seat all the way forward, you will then have reasonable access through the back door.
Thats sounds like a porno movie instructions:)

Just an observation -- the VF is the worst car I've ever owned for trying to recover items dropped between the front seats and the centre console: there's very little wriggle room. And it's almost impossible to clean down there as well. Apart from that and the blood pressure raising so-called voice 'recognition' system, it's the best car I've ever owned! :)

I read this and had to laugh! same thing happens to me, my mobile slides out of my right pocket and falls down in that spot and can only be retrieved by opening the back door and reaching under the seat to grab it. I also tried to vacuum it today and found I can't get that carpet spot between the seat and the drivers door. My vacuum just doesn't fit down there, and I don't have the attachment (the one that goes from round tube to skinny wide flat thing) to get in at it. Apart from that I can't fault the car at all, and just love it!!

Q. With Push Button start, how do I set ignition to "On" without actually starting the engine? (I don't mean ACC).

There are some settings I can't change unless the car is on, but surely I don't need to start the car to change vehicle settings?

Just push the button once without touching any pedals. That turns the ignition on. Don't forget to push it again to turn it off when you've finished!

Nope, thats not it. That turns on the Accessories.

One press (without brake pedal) - Accessories, 2nd press, OFF.

The vehicle settings in Config cannot be viewed or changed unless the car is ON. Accessories mode wont allow it.

Any other ideas?

Hi mate, if you press and hold the button for around ten seconds (nil brake pedal) you'll get the 'on' mode. Hope that helps :)
