VF Series 2 - reverse guidelines wont go away

Has anyone had this problem? My new VF2 SSVR will keep displaying the reverse guidelines with a black background after reversing and driving off. They stay there for about a minute with no buttons on Mylink working or responding including the button near the handbrake to turn off/on park assist - although when the guidlines eventually disappear Mylink remembers the buttons I pressed. It seems to do it more if the GPS/Navigation System hasn't initialised as the guidelines go away quickly if it has GPS lock.

Sounds like a warranty problem!
