VF SII New Speaker install will it affect things?

Hi

So i got a new VF SII SS and the stereo in this car is the worst thing I've ever heard no bass at all, MY old car an i30 had a really good speakers for what the car was haha.. anyways the few questions I have is if i replace the speakers in the car will it affect anything in the car such as the sounds for the parking assists or when you use the hands free phone when your talking on it. these are my major concerns if i replace the speakers in the car. I guess it will also void the warranty in that area of the car?
