my boss has to use hand controls in her CRV - Honda lease - Not a paraplegic, but has a disk out of place where she was wacked with a hockey stick... setup via fly by wire very similar to this.. but no thumb control... I will show her this and hopefully she we get a VF ute well done mate..

Yeah i am pretty sure this can be used with any car that has fly by wire but its not cheap!
