VF V6 Commodore Sportwagon performance

Hey guys so I recently brought a 2014 VF commodore Sportwagon s1
I know most people’s opinion on working a v6 but say what ya will.
I’m looking at putting a cat back duel exhaust on but I know with only doing the exhaust you increase fuel consumption etc
So just looking for recommendations on what I could do and a rough price gage eg. catback exhaust, otr and tune.
Also read some good things about putting a throttle controller on?

A bigger exhaust on your V6 will kill your bottom end and low rev ranges. Big exhaust are better for bigger revs. Look at the dyno print outs of all the mods shops. The big numbers are made at the top end of the rev range.

Find a shop that can give it a tune to add a bit more pep and improve your fuel economy and leave it at that that.

Have them tune the trans while they're at if if that is at all possible.
