Good drawing practice for ones kids. Don’t go outside the circle of the reversing sensors

Why can't you just paint the roof panel stripes? That's what Holden did to the LE editions with black gloss (supplier painted them) but they painted them with the roof rack covers still attached.

Why can't you just paint the roof panel stripes? That's what Holden did to the LE editions with black gloss (supplier painted them) but they painted them with the roof rack covers still attached.
You can as long as they are not pitted, clean them up, sand & plasti-dip.
If the rubber is pitted it makes them difficult to paint.

If new ones can be had for $169, there may not be a lot of value in that ... does a plasti-dip last longer than unprotected (and can it be revived too?).

Plasti-dip can just be peeled of and reapplied.

That thought did cross my mind. I recon that would be good.
I'll try the Bowdens this weekend & see how it goes first.
