Looking at getting some gts lsa headers for my ssv vf2 6.2ltr has anyone got any information on the size difference and gains ? Has anyone done this mod and have any info please

pretty sure the lsa headers are ths same as your own ones, you want the hsv no lsa engine ones with some high flow cats, if you go to an exhaust shop with some hsv tri ys and get some 200 cell cats youll be laughin'

It comes down to what you want out of the car. The larger the headers and free flowing the exhaust is the better performance gains you will get. HSV headers are an improvement over the cast ones, but nothing beats proper tuned length 4-1s, high flow cats and a quality cat back. Also depends on your budget.
