When Difilippo's were still in business, vacuum bimodal valves were an option on their mufflers.
well, there you go, I didn't know that! I had only seen the CA Autofashion youtube vids with them putting the factory bimodals back on.

I have decided to go for the manta quiet option regarding the exhaust.
Do you guys think i should still get the bimodals considering ive picked the quiet option just in case?

Personally I'd go the loud option and keep the bi-modals. Best of both worlds.

From my understanding there is a quiet option & a medium option.
No loud option. When you say loud option do you mean the medium?

Have you heard a DPE system?
Restrictive usually means quiet, a 3" DPE system is not quiet...

Great advice.
Always see dyno figures where it peaks at 8 million revs.
Yet to see a good set up where it is all down low and at a rev range that can be used.

Still tossing up whether to get a blower.
Now that Holden is no.longer, I have this feeling that I need to keep the car as close to stock as possible. I don't want to butcher it too much
Tell you what,if it wasnt for the legalaties and insurance issues/engineering etc id already have a magnusson blower kit on my wagon, about 12500 grand fitted and tuned, would have plenty of power for the street and 10 second potential if you wanted it.
Blowers are awesome,even turbo kits!
Gotta have that low down grunt!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can still mod it just keep the stock parts if you ever sell, ive got all my stock parts still.
