VF2 UTE Passive Entry Module Location

Hi everyone,
Can someone confirm the location of the Passive Entry Module for the ute? I believe its behind the rear bulkhead carpet under the rear window. (On the sedans its under the parcel shelf, to the best of my knowledge). This is the module that the door handle buttons and antennas feed to. All info appreciated in advance....

On my 2014 Calais V sedan there’s one under the centre console (under rear air vents), and another in floor under front edge of boot carpet near the ski hatch. Not sure where the others (if any) are in my car, nor do I know about the ute sorry.
