the front and rear spring rates and 9kg/mm im just curious how that compares to standard FE2

sounds about right, they recommended 10kg front and rear for my redline which is FE3

I think MCA would be my number 2 brand of coilovers on the VF.
I only hear good things about them.

My plan is to go shockworks though.

I'd buy direct from them instead of a reseller. You can ask them for their advice
yep agree on this.
when i spoke to them they were very helpful, they are also in QLD so i dont see why you wouldnt buy direct up there

Yeah, MCA have their shop in Brisbane which is where they're all built. Likewise I believe all the Shockworks stuff is built in Melbourne.

So I emailed MCA Saturday asking what they would recommend for the mistress and never got a response so I’m going to just go with what fulcrum have recommended.

How much do the dampers change from the hardest to the softest settings?

Sorry but stop being lazy and call them! If you have the opportunity to go to the source directly you will save money and they are the experts! I have found email is not an effective way to communicate with people in the car industry (tuners, shops, etc).
