VG guard inners

Anyone know if VG front guard inners are the same as VR?

I'm pretty sure that they would be different due to the differing profile of the wheel arch.

Why would you want to use a VG unit as there are plenty of VR~VS units to pick from still.

There are plenty of VR but only at the self serve wreckers in the dirt and thistles and his prices are going up. I have a VG to grab a rear pillar window trim off but being an hour away I wanted to make the time and petrol more worth the trip than a single $20 part.

I'm not 100% on it I must say, but your best option would be to look at the Part number on the inside of it and compare.

vr/s have wider body than vn/p probably different shape guard too.

Steering racks have longer arms/wider track hence wider body/guards
