Or potentially rebuild existing
Any leads on either avenue would be appreciated

Great simple motor and something I say with hind sight because the complexity of the crap attached to semi-modern motors shows us how being able to fix your own car is the way of the future yet again. Swings and roundabouts.

Perth has some clever folks who might like rebuilding a 3.8 Buick engine.
