VH LS1 ENGINE CONVERSION

can anyone help me out, I have an 81 vh sl/x sedan currently has a six 202 in it. I want to put an ls1 gen3 in it from a vx ss, what will I need to change from the commodore to make everything work?

Google ls1 into vh. This conversion has been done many times. The cost will depend
on how much of the work you can do yourself. Finding a good ls1 might be a problem.

Current difference between LS1 & 2 is approx $2k, go for the LS2 option & factor in $15-20k (based on you want every thing to work <ac, powersteer, speedo, tacho, upgraded brakes, cats & full exhaust etc> & have it engineered). Or slap in a 304 & T5 from a VN-VS $5k!
