Vh rear discs

Hey guys km new here, I have a vh with a 304 in it, has discs on front and drums in the back. I have just got hold of a lsd from a vl with discs on it
Will I need to change booster or anything other than hoses for this setup

booster and master for earlys with rear discs
are different to those with drums...

as is the handbrake setup


ps.. tailshaft is different too on VL (to VH)

Sweet I knew about the tail shaft. Can I use a easy to get part like a modern setup or do I need to find a vl booster

vs m/cyl booster setup

back half of vl tailshaft to front half of whatever trans you're using

handbrake cables read that drums cables can be reused..stumped if true or not.
Can buy new ones to suit..search for 2nd hands or off later model then shortened.

I used the original drum cables in my blue vk for a VL disc brake borgwarner diff, and just cut and welded the driveshaft to make it flange to flange

GMH list different parts numbers .. drum v disk park brake setups
probably coz the disk have the inner 2x half shoe inside the disk compared
with the drums that use the normal brake itself
