Took it for a drive today and did the brake test, still the same unfortunately. But, I did do some tests and narrowed it down to the rear passenger side of the car. By going around a left hand bend at 40km/h the squeak completely disappeared but going back the other way the squeak remained. So I assume the squeak disappears when the rear passenger side when has some load removed from it.

Something for me to work on anyway.

What about a rear shock absorber? My brother brought his Gemi around last week and just the slightest bit of weight movement made a really loud squeak. If weight transfer around a left or right corner changes, I figured it could be that. Goodluck

Just a late follow up, ari was spot on with his suggestion, park brake.

When I had it back to REPCO on the hoist the guy said again nothing seemed loose, I asked him to follow the park brake and check it was all ok, at which point he noticed a loose bracket, hit it back in with his hand and I haven't had the problem since.

Thanks again Ari.

Glad it was sorted before you started throwing money on suspension and bushes.
