Hi team I’ve had issue with vibration in steering wheel for a while have just replaced both struts/bearings and mounts both control arm bushes all z bar bushes all 4 tires replaced and balanced and inner and outer tie rods just had a wheel alighnment back on the motorway and away it goes again sit at 85-90 not to bad up to 110 km and it’s like the old girl has Parkinson’s all I have left is power steering pump and steering rack the rack has no leaks no obvious issues can a faulty power steering pump cause this cheers in advance

I would only expect vibrations when applying brakes at speed it feels more like a pulsing through the steering wheel

Just because you had your tires replaced and wheels balanced doesn't mean it was done right. If the steering vibrates at a specific speed range, without brakes involved, then 99.9% of the time it's wheel balance or wheel mounting. Wheels are heavy and they spin pretty fast

on the ve vibration between 90 and 110
i had tyres balanced at 2 shops
both said all good
it was front rotors
no better or worse braking
rotors had nice purple hot spots

Rotors are unlikely to be "warped" on a car driven by a sane person. They may have excess runout causing a steering vibration issue. Very easy to check if you have a dial meter.
