It probably depends on how much runout you've got on the rotors. Mine could only be detected by braking heavily and then it was shaking the s/wheel and pedal. Someone else posted and said that there was no shaking at all. So you've changed everything else, change the rotors.
Yep onto the bloody rotors now will do the wheel bearings and brake pads at same time nearly a new car

warped front brake rotors?

You hit the nail on the head,
My thoughts exactly !
Get the front and rear rotors machined,

The other thing it could be,
is tie rod ends possibly.
