As title says. Getting vibration type sounds when slowing down.
Just did a rear uni and tank swap.
Could the driveshaft being in the wrkng position cause this?

Could be center bearing, front uni, trans mount.

My trans mount has cracked which is causing similar vibrations (awaiting a new one to arrive)

If the tailshaft was undone from the diff, try removing it again from the diff, spin it around 180 degrees and refit it again.

Theres a few different positions it can go. Turn it around again to another place and try that. Ive had this happen before a few times when the tailshaft has been removed, and when I turned it to a certain spot it ran heaps smooth, but it vibrated like crap in the other positions I tried first.

When you did the uni you didn't drop a roller inside the cap? All caps went in the same? One isn't sticking out about 1mm more than the rest? You fitted all the circlips?

Also just a bit of advice, when I did my uni's and center bearing it had a lot of driveline vibration for the first 500km or so then it smoothed out......I have spoken to a couple of others that have done the same thing, I would like it a week or so and if its still vibrating then look further into it

All circlips are in. I've already destroyed 2 unis by dropping rollers. The cap wont go in far enough.

I have just turned it 90degrees. See how I go..

Hmm.. I may keep that in mind.

Another thing after fitting uni's is to give the yoke a tap with the hammer on the outside just below the cap, this seats the cap in the yoke and takes the tension off the rollers after pressing it in. The uni should loosen up and have no resistance when you move it. If it had resistance, this could be causing the vibration as it is not free to move around as it should.

Third spot hit the nail on the head. Feels quite smooth now.
