Unfortunately, that kind of knowledge is not much good these days. Too many cameras:(
The property he stays at from time to time I’ve looked at, no cameras.

What pisses me off is the Police know where he lives but as they say, they can’t catch him on foot, he is quick & when they do check the address he stays at he’s never there or does do a runner.

There’s a warrant for his arrest & an AVO as well, I’ve seen him once since the incident & did a lap of the block to head back to where he was but wasn’t there, drove around that area & couldn’t see him, I want the prick locked up, he’s well known to local Police.

Cops are too busy issuing EPA notes and speeding tickets.

Maybe the police should get the following, hard to run faster than 900ft/sec :p

Really?

NZ cops have been wearing those for years, but then they don't carry sidearms as standard so they need more protection....

Yeah it's funny, no guns as standard is the general rule but I've pretty much always seen the NZ Police wearing a pistol.
Must be the places I go?

Indeed. Certain cops always carry guns, like those assigned to airports, there are others as well.

Most NZ cops will carry a taser, many cop cars are also equipped with lock boxes that contain firearms so although they don't carry a firearm on their person, they are often available.

Many years ago a liquor store owner died after been shot during a robbery and the delay in getting first aid to him because the cops had to assemble off site and gear up before going in to secure the scene and then finally paramedics been allowed to attend to the victim. These days that **** is not acceptable and not that long ago a cop was shot and bled out on the scene for similar reasons. A member of the public actually stopped next to the officer (laying on the road) wanting to offer assistance but other police hiding ordered him to leave the officer and get out of the area.
