i have no idea how much it would be i would say at least a days labour by a good mechanic, u will have to ring and ask around, and no it does not need to be reconditioned

VP Calais Manual
when i got my VP Calais converted, i had all the parts already. I had to pay my mechanic to
a) take the parts out of my old car
b) install them in the Calais

for both of those, all up labour was $1700. So assuming that a) would be free, then all up it should be around $1200? Depending on how nice your mechanic is of course...

Trust me though... definately worth it. If you love manual (which i sure do) then its awesome. More power, less fuel. and you can rev the car while you're moving while it's still in gear. cool :)

Someone should DEF buy this kit. Good luck with the sale mate

Why wouldn't it fit a Series one VS ecotec if they come with the T5 box. Shouldnt the only thing that wont fit is the wiring harness and ecu, cause im getting so confused trying to find a conversion kit for my VS series1.

because the VS and the VNII-VR are different motors. The bolts just won't fit :)
