I've reported three Vietnamese posts from 3 different "new members" this week. Clearly, it's spam. Can it be blocked in some way to prevent this annoying garbage recurring?

The site is being hit pretty hard at the moment with spammers, it comes and goes though.

Have begun blocking IP ranges but in some cases it isn't possible, the exception to this one I came across one which posted spam in a thread which was relevant making it more and more difficult to track them down.

I am manually going through registrations each day now to try and pick these up but obviously some still get through.
