Picked this up today for a good price, had all of the rust that would fail it for re-registration removed and the guy I bought it from had a ton of things done.

plans:

1. Fix leaking fuel line, either by sourcing a factory metal one or finding an end which screws into the carby for a rubber line - I've used hose clamps as you can see in the 3rd picture but I can't stop it leaking.
2. Get the carby refreshed and fix up some stuffed vacuum pipes (see 3rd pic again), get CSL to rebuild my carby after new year
3. I'm undecided whether or not to do a V8 conversion, an ecotec conversion or leave it stock. I'm leaning towards leaving it stock as it drives quite nicely

Yep Epsom, the 'rolla next to it won crappiest car in the neighborhood

Used to be out West but upskilled haha the VK is my dream car, I'm so glad i bought her

Mate the rolla is better than that neighbours VW. At least the rolla can run on a sniff of petrol, an oily rag and a litre of water. :rofl2:
