Vk Calais 355 6/71

Hi all bit new to this but finaly have 1st project car!
Model:1984 vk Calais
Colour:clarat over silver
Engine:none at the moment bought the car as a roller for $300 as it had a injected 202 and auto and that was not really doing it for me,is a little rough around the edges but we will change that.
Have had the car for around 6 months now and is slow going because of work and cash flow but now have it back to a Bare shell with only the screens to remove.
The plans at this stage are 304 bottom end stroked to 355 and once registered a 6/71 blower.mixture of group a/3 bodykit,20 inch rims,9inch diff,ultra lows for ride appeal and leaning towards t5 manual or something similar,plan is for a head turning streeter for a bit of fun on the weekend do will see what happens.still trying to work out the pic situation at the moment as I'm trying to do off a mobile device.

Sounds like she'll be a monsta! Although I don't think the t5 will hold up with the torque it will produce.

Yeah cool thanks for that will give that a shot. Yeah I know still undecided on the box would really like to go manual though,any suggestions?

The T5 will definitely break,
if you want to go manual i'd lean towards a tremec TKO or even a T56, bar that fully manualised auto ?

Yeah they were the other options i was looking at, full manual auto is another option i know but of possible would like to stay traditional manual. Too many decisions! haha

So ordered my virgin bore 304 block today,was hoping to get a clearances block for stroker but they didnt have any but won't cost me much to get clearanced,starting to become a reality,amazing what a bare engine block can do to your motivation levels
