Vk commodore 5l Berlina smells like exhaust fumes in car when driving

Hi guys, my vk 5l smells like exhaust fumes in the car when I’m driving. Any ideas or common things to look for.

is it fumey oil leaking onto the exhaust ,boot seal/tailgate seal door seals grommets in the floor holes in the firewall . Holes, leaks in the exhaust start looking underneath it.

Like boozer said. But put car on stands or ramps an check exhaust on cold start you will here or feel it. Be careful don't touch

pretty vague question , considering even in slow city traffic and follow someone on highway with vents and windows open is smelly from the other cars.
But holes comes to mind and what others have mentioned

Hi guys, I have started by plugging up the holes in the boot, there were quite a bit of missing grommets so it’s a start. Also silly question for the aircon switch which is recycle so it does take air from outside , what should it be on if I just want it closed and not taking air from outside ,
