VK front seat belt question

Hi, I have just put in new carpet in my VK and have got the new seat belt retractor covers from Resto Country that go at the bottom of the B pillar. But have forgotten how the seat belt and lower seat belt bolt goes. Do both parts of the webbing go behind those covers with the lower bolt hidden behind the carpet? Or does the anchored part of the webbing go in front of the cover and carpet so that the bolt can be seen? In that case only the webbing coming out of the retractor mechanism is behind that cover.

Don't worry, I just had a look at internet, four VK pictures of interior and the anchored webbing are all on the outside of the cover. Seems the other way is a lot neater but...oh well. Thank you to myself.
