HI
Just thought id put up the few minor differences between the Mc6 Phillipino and M76 Borgwarner when your doing a conversion like i did.....
-Speedo cable- completely different at gearbox end.
-Tailshaft- front half is shorter, rear half is identical.
-Clutch dust cover- just simply different.
-Lower gear boot.
-Upper gear boot- (can still use the MC6 one though)
-The top boot you see can be used with either gearbox.
-And obviously the gearstick is different
-Gearstick knob- sounds stupid to add but the thread sizes are completely different and i didnt have a suitable gear knob for it.
All the other stuff is the same eg.
-Clutch
-Gearbox mount/ cross member.
-The plate riveted onto the transmission tunnel.
-Clutch cable
-Lower bell housing cover.
-center console etc etc
