VK commodore stock .202 black
Hi,

I just bought a vk with the inline six black motor in it. I have done some of "bolt-on" work to it to increase performance alittle as follows:

New performance manifold (redline torker II)
Holley 350 carby (reconditioned)
Pacemaker performance exhaust headers

This was all done over a peroid of six months, i have only just gone to start it again and im having problems.

She starts but she wont stay running and when i started her i noticed she blew the grommet and PVC elbow for the vacuum on the rocker cover got pushed out, there was also smoke coming from the oil breather and inside the carby when i turned the car off. I know these cars dont like to stay running after not running for a long time but something just seems/feels wrong and im not a mechanic just a hoby car tinkerer im an electrical mechanic by trade.

Any help is appreciated.
